All small groups (9 or fewer) requiring air transportation arranged by WorldStrides must complete this form.  You will receive an airfare quote via email within approximately 3-5 business days of your submission.  This quote is valid for 24 hours.  Air Packages are reserved only when the group approves airspace. Upon group's approval, nonrefundable payment in full AND legal names of all travelers are required.  All Air Request Forms must be submitted to WorldStrides by April 23, 2010.
