LARGE GROUP AIR PRICING REQUEST FORM

All large groups (10 or more) requiring Air Transportation must complete a Large Group Air Pricing Request Form.  A nonrefundable $100.00 per person deposit (in addition to the $100.00 per person group registration deposit) is required when booking.  This deposit is due after you have approved the airfare quote received from WorldStrides and you are ready to reserve your airspace.  Air Packages are reserved only when the airspace is approved AND deposits are received. 

All Air Request Forms must be submitted to WorldStrides by May 1, 2008.
