GROUP REGISTRATION FORM

A representative from each group must complete a Group Registration Form.  All of the information below is required, including your home address.  Registrations with incomplete information will be returned.  The full price of the Ground Package (without subsidy) is $772.00 for a student and $877.00 for an adult.  These prices will apply to all forms received after May 9, 2008. Ground Packages are reserved only when the Group Registration Form and per-person deposit are received.
