Two local offices in Costa Rica ensure that a staff member is available to groups 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
WorldStrides contracts with only major airline companies, and we regularly review all of our suppliers, from hotels to meal locations to bus companies, for customer satisfaction and quality.
Teachers and chaperones establish rules of behavior before and during a WorldStrides program. Before the group departs, each student is required to complete a Behavior Contract and a Medical Release Form. These forms ensure that all students understand the conduct that is expected of them while on tour and provides WorldStrides with emergency contact information and authorization for treatment in the case of an emergency.
Each student will also be given an ID tag that includes important toll-free phone numbers to contact in the case of an emergency. |
