The Gift of Education is a successful, easy fundraising strategy that relies on small gift donations from your friends, family members, and local organizations to help fund your child’s trip.  Using customized letters, you can easily send out dozens of gift requests that explain the educational benefits of a WorldStrides trip and request a small donation to help fund your trip. Members of your family and community will love to know that they had a part in helping your child have this once–in-a-lifetime experience!  Since the Gift of Education’s inception hundreds of families from around the country have funded their children’s WorldStrides trips through these three quick steps.

Step One:  choose your travel program and download the file as a Microsoft Word Document.

Step Two: Customize your letter

You will need to customize all of the "insert" fields in the letter that are underlined, including:

• The recipient's name
• Your travel dates
• School name
• Length of trip
• Address where you would like your donations sent
• Student name and phone number/email address

Step Three:  Email or print out your letter and send it to your friends, family, and local businesses.  Even a few small contributions can make a huge difference for your family!
