Are you ready to have FUN while earning professional development points? WorldStrides’ history and science educational travel programs comply with most states’ requirements for teacher professional development. Founded by our Director of Education (a former educator and administrator), our Professional Development Program gets you closer to reaching your professional development goals.
With your adviser’s approval, WorldStrides will help you identify opportunities to earn professional development points/hours in your state, assist you in the development of your portfolio, and issue a transcript for up to 6 points per full day of instruction for a history program and up to 8 points per full day of instruction for a science program. All of the tools you need are at your fingertips on MyTrip, your online program planning resource. You can also contact our Director of Education directly to help guide you through the process.
