When leading a WorldStrides' program, each Program Leader has a personal team of three travel professionals who will work closely with your group from the time you decide to travel until your group returns home safely - an Account Manager, an Account Support Representative and a Financial Services Representative. WorldStrides coordinates every aspect of your program. Three hundred professionals work behind the scenes to ensure a safe, complete, and memorable experience for you and your students.

- Promotion Handbook, a guide with useful ideas for promoting your program to students and parents
- Policy Handbook, a reference tool that outlines the operational aspects of your program, and includes FAQs, student registration procedures, and cancellation policies
- Parent meeting supplies, including flyers and our Online Parent Presentation
- Promotional materials, including Online Promotion Tutorial (a helpful presentation about successful promotion), DVDs, CD-ROMs, posters, a Program Update Holder, and other helpful items
- A free, customizable trip website that allows you to promote your program and update students and parents on program news before, during, and after your trip

Once your students begin the registration process, MyTrip offers WorldStrides Program Leaders a 24-hour online tool that allows you to check:
- Who has registered
- Who is unpaid
- Who is on a wait-list
- Who has cancelled
MyTrip also allows you, the Program Leader, to create your trip's room list (where applicable). All you need is a valid e-mail address and your ID# to get started.
